Subtitles and Sign Language Interpreter

In order to offer even more films with subtitles, again this year in Metropolis Cinema we will use a unique subtitling process - beamed subtitles - that has been developed specially for our festival. Further information is available in the catalogue, or at :

http://www.subs-hamburg.de

This will allow us to screen films such as the one shot in the Irish language with »Queen's English« subtitles. And likewise, the programmes MADE IN HAMBURG and MADE IN GERMANY will be shown with English subtitles.

Furthermore, a sign language interpreter service will be available at several festival events.

Where a programme or event has either the beamed subtitles or sign language interpretation, this will be indicated in the festival catalogue overview.
