Nevertheless …

Whether or not the homeland has been duly awarded the contract for a glittering round of bread and circuses, we know not. However, what we do know are the names of those who will be taking part in the »Made In Hamburg« Olympics in June.

An exquisite selection of locally-produced films will be presented in two programme blocks and assessed by a three-headed jury and the attending audiences. There are no medals to be handed out, however, the winners of the Hanse Shorts 2003 will be showered with fame, recognition and 1,250 pieces of euro-silver made available by the Hamburg Cultural.

Foundation. Come one, come all: it’s all about being there, dear, dear public.
