2003 Below Zero

On February 19th, No Budget began its voyage into the contemporary consciousness. The test material consisted OV a box containing multi-layered memo-material duly played into (and out OV). Before each run-through, the Intro-Scan-Jet created a trailer OV International Solidarity put on by a reality relief organisation dating from the 21st century. The flood OV data introduced – consisting mainly OV thought-drama, picture-preservation and experimental fast footage – quickly proved too much for the limited capacity covered by the areas OV research. The opus delicti swiftly developed into an exercise in the multi-orientation OV the »Social History OV Madness«. Synchronised stocktaking looked at a worldwide catchment area somewhere between www.capitalisw.org and Aldi-Süd. Political education versus partyflatrate, limited access only with Golden Gate card, multi-chance as Silencel-Fiction and appointment sexism on the short cut to cathode-catharsis. Real gulf war, really, reached us via an online gathering-point in Los Angeles. Several OV the more intense moments OV the excursion will be shared with festival audiences.
