Franz Winzentsen has put together a collection of animated films, which he believes to be his most important work. Around 3 hours of this collection has now been selected and gathered on DVD.

This includes many of his early surreal films, films with either biographical or autobiographical content and episodes from his "animated diary". The DVD – presented in 3 languages – contains an enormous amount of material and selected films are used to demonstrate the different animation techniques involved.

The DVD and its multiple uses will be presented during the festival as will a number of the films it features.
