Welcome to the Festival Club travelling circus
After a never-ending search and an even longer process of filing applications, we are happy to anounce that there will be a new location for the festival club. For the 24th edition of the festival the club will reside in the KulturForum Altona, Jessenstraße 4. 22767 Hamburg.
The free Natural American Spirit-Shuttlebus will connect the festival club with some of the festival cinemas. It departs from outside the Metropolis and from the parking space, Behringstraße 5, behind the zeise cinema and the festival centre at the following times:
Wednesday, 4 June: 21.00 & 24.00 h Metropolis
Thursday, 5 June: 22.00 h zeise, 23.45 h Metropolis
Friday, 6 June: 21.45 & 23.15 h zeise, 23.45 h Metropolis
Saturday, 7 June: 22.00 & 24.00 h zeise
Sunday, 8 June: 22.00 & 24.00 h zeise
Monday, 9 June: 20.15 h zeise
These times may be subject to change and might vary according to the overrun of screenings. The festival representatives at the cinemas will help you if you have any questions regarding the shuttle bus.
Wednesday, 4 June 2008: Nord Frank & Soul Ulle
Frank is friendly and own a couple of nice pubs in Hamburg, like the Nord and Soul Ulle is a regular (DJ) in thie establishments.
At our Opening Night they will produce a couple of extravagent but still simple sound with the help of some turntables.

Friday, 6 June 2008: Klingt so gut!
An event with electronic dance music
Klingtsogut! ("Sounds so nice") was born in the late and legendary Weltbühne at the Nobistor.
There the tastefull electronic dance music was combined with a special atmosphere and visual highlights.
On 13 June 2008 they will celebrate their third anniversary in the tower room of the Hamburg club Uebel&Gefährlich.

Datscha-Project
The event collective Datscha-Projekt was founded in April 2001 in Hamburg and since then, has been organising partys, festivals, film screenings and concerts with the focus Eastern Europe. Within a short time, they established themselves as a part of the Hamburg night life and they are one of the most successful promoters of Russian and Eastern European music and culture.

DJ Jan Möller / Byte FM
Jan Möller's voice could regularly be heard on the Hamburg radio stations fsk, and since recently on Byte FM. He hasn't yet decided which records to bring, but he promises a „cultivated chaos“.
