Short before the movie

At the start of every summer, an invitation goes out to fans of the short film to come along and view the latest works produced by young filmmakers from around the globe.
Despite – or perhaps as a result of – the current vague sense of global gloom, there is plenty for fans both young and old to enjoy.

The international competition category is sporting its title now for the tenth time but, rest assured, there will be more on offer than races involving three-legs, eggs-and-spoons and sacks.
