Surprisingly often, you can find the unknown within the known. With this in mind, the short film walkabout will enter a supposedly well-known part of the city: Altona. Already in the 16^th century, this part had been »All to nah«, all too close, for the people of Hamburg. The allure lies in the exploration of the well known and close by and to show that in spite of recent developments involving furniture stores and system catering, there are still places waiting for their destiny of becoming projection screens for A Wall is a Screen. We’ll be walking for roughly 90 minutes from wall to wall all around the Große Bergstraße.
