Our Best-Of programmes are uninhibitedly subjective and they ignore all calls for a fair balance. In short they are a gallimaufry created by a mixture of chaos and passion. This is where we, the members of the selection panels, are going to show films that kept on flickering on our retinas for some time: the films that were too smart, disturbing or challenging to simply end up in a metaphorical outbox. In other words: These are the films the world simply has to see.
